We want you to love your purchase from our online store! We offer a full merchandise exchange/refund program for any purchase made at www.fishgirldesigns.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a merchandise exchange credit or a refund by business check excluding all shipping charges. All exchanges/refunds must be received within 7 days of delivery to you in unworn, new condition and include all packaging. Any items that have been altered in any way, customized per customer request or engraved, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your purchase was made through one of our retailers, your item must be returned to them and according to the return policies of the retailer from which the piece was purchased.

Most of our orders ship within 3-7 business days, with the exception of custom requests.
Special requests, custom engraving, special sizes, and any custom requests may require extra time to ship and you will be notified prior to placing order.
We ship US orders USPS Priority, which typically arrives within 3 business days.
Sorry at this time we do not ship internationally.

-We are happy to fix any purchase that is broken or damaged within 6 months of purchase, free of charge. All we ask is that you take care of shipping it to us, we will fix it, and send back to you at no additional cost.
Beach Ball Collection Care -
Our Beach Ball Beads are made from Fiber Optic Glass and are meant to be worn on a regular basis. However they may show signs of damage if they are worn in an abusive manner or exposed to water.
Please take extra care when wearing your Beach Ball bracelets, they will chip if worn next to a heavy watch or along with other solid bracelets.
