We want you to love your purchase from our online store! We offer a full merchandise exchange/refund program for any purchase made at www.fishgirldesigns.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a merchandise exchange credit or a refund by business check or credit to original credit card excluding all shipping charges. All exchanges/refunds must be received within 7 days of delivery to you in unworn, new condition and include all packaging. Any items that have been altered in any way, customized per customer request or engraved per customer request, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: If your purchase was made through one of our retailers, your item MUST be returned to the retailer and according to the return policies of the retailer from which the piece was purchased. We do NOT accept returns purchased through our retail partners.
